What exactly does a Personal Concierge and Lifestyle Management consultant do?

Good question! A concierge in a hotel attends to the every need of the hotel guests, so a personal concierge does exactly the same thing, but for clients (aka you!). We can take care of nearly every task you can think of, from paying bills to overseeing renovations. Whatever you need, we’re here to do it for you with professionalism, discretion and efficiency.

Who uses your concierge service?

We work with an even mix of males and females who are CEO’s, celebrities, management staff, local personalities, politicians, Mums and Dads. Our clients generally have a couple of things in common, they are time poor and need someone trustworthy, efficient and discrete to make their lives easier!

Can you guarantee that my private details will remain confidential?

Absolutely, your confidentiality is guaranteed. We use our discretion at all times, it’s our highest priority.

What sort of tasks can I outsource to Urban Concierge?

What is the process of working with Urban Concierge?

It all starts with you getting in touch. When we chat, I’ll answer any questions you may have and we spend time collating a client profile and an initial task brief. If your task isn’t time sensitive I generally like to arrange a meeting so that I can find out more about you and your preferred working style.

Once I’ve hired you, will you communicate with me at all times?

Absolutely. We will adapt to whatever communication style you prefer. Our service is customised to your specific needs.

How fast can you fulfil my request?

As fast as we can, but of course timeframes will vary widely. Organising flowers may take a short time, organising the uplift of your home may take much longer.
